Borrowing Process:- Browse the desired dress or dresses for borrowing.
- Indicate your chosen borrowing duration (one or two weeks).
- Your order ships 2-4 days prior to your selected borrow date.
- Upon arrival, promptly try on the dress to allow time for replacements.
- When returning, place the dress in the provided dust bag and box.
- Attach the prepaid label and send it by the postmarked date.
Borrowing Timing:
- Borrow dresses up to 6 months ahead.
- Orders are sent 2-4 days before your chosen borrow date.
Trying on Dresses:
- No try-on options available at present.
- Utilize the brand's sizing chart provided for your convenience.
- Check style notes under each product description for sizing references.
- Feel free to reach out with questions if unsure before borrowing.
Dress Alterations:
- Dress alterations are NOT permitted.
- Use temporary hem tape for excessive length (remember to remove before returning).
- Convenient purchase link for hem tape available HERE.
Dress Cleaning:
- We handle all cleaning, so no need to wash or dry clean.
- Please wear dresses gently; additional fees may apply for stains, tears, missing items.
- Refer to the Borrow Agreement for comprehensive details.
Shipping Charges:
- Borrow a dress(es) valued at $150 and above for FREE shipping.
- A flat fee of $10 for borrows under $150.
- Return shipping is included with every borrow.
- Shipping costs for sale items calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
