Shipping for Borrows

For dress borrows totaling under $150, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies. However, if your dress borrow exceed $150, you'll enjoy the benefit of free shipping. Return shipping for dress borrows is on us – completely free.

Your dress borrow will be dispatched 3 to 4 business days before the commencement of your borrow period. In the unlikely event of shipping delays due to factors beyond our control (such as a surge in orders or postal service challenges), we'll reach out to you promptly with alternative options or clear instructions.

 

Shipping for Purchased Products

Orders for purchased items are promptly processed within 2 to 3 business days once your order confirmation email is received. Kindly allocate an additional 5 to 6 business days for items that are meticulously handcrafted or customized, as these are tailored to your specifications. As soon as your custom-made item is ready, you'll receive a notification email indicating its shipment.

 

Customized Items Shipping

When placing an order for a customized item, please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing, coupled with an extra 5 to 6 business days for the customization process. Shipping charges for customized item purchases are determined by weight and can be calculated conveniently during the checkout process.

 

Hem Tape Shipping

If you've added hem tape to your dress borrow, there won't be any additional shipping costs. The hem tape will be included in the $10 Flat Rate shipping for borrows or covered under the free shipping option if your order's total surpasses $150.
