Canceling Orders
You have the option to cancel orders for borrows up to 30 days before the borrow period begins. If you choose to cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a refund in the original form of payment.
If you decide to cancel your order after the 30-day window before your borrow period starts but before your order has been shipped, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
Adjustments to Orders
If you wish to make adjustments to your order, such as changing the size, color, or selecting a different dress entirely, you can do so up to 30 days before the borrow period. In such cases, the adjustments will be treated as a cancellation, and you will receive a refund via your original payment method. You can then proceed to place an entirely new order.
For adjustments made after the 30-day period before your borrow period starts, but before your order has been shipped, the refund will be provided in the form of store credit. This credit will allow you to place a new order based on your preferences.
Borrow Fit Assurance
If you find that the borrowed dress does not fit properly, please reach out to us as soon as you've tried on the dress. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will make every effort to send you a replacement dress before your event. We highly recommend trying on your dresses promptly upon receiving them to facilitate this process.

Please note that all customized items sold on our website are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
